What do you think would happen if you took Midol but you didn't have cramps? You just wanted it for the mood stabilizing properties?
I'm all over the place today.
Wrapping these presents today isn't too bad but I just don't want to do it.
What else do I not want to do?
-Balance my checkbook
-Go back to work
The list could go on & on.
I'm low right now. I know it won't last forever & I just have to live through it but I don't enjoy it.
I have to remember, it could always be worse.

I don't like it
When Person A says: "I'm ashamed of/that xyz"
And Person B says: "You should be."
My gut response to Person B is "*forget* you! What a judgmental thing to say!"
I should point out that I've not been Person A or B but I have witnessed this interaction.
And agreeably, there are situations when variations/nuances of this exchange are appropriate (confrontational counseling) but I think that ANYONE who wants to assume the dialogue of Person B should really check themselves before they speak.
That is all

I may be hanging out here more often from now on
So be on guard, nerdy Christina posts to follow!
Yoga is awesome.
Therapy is awesome.
My family, not so awesome.
You know what might be cool? Yoga Therapy....or Therapy Yoga? I mean, definitely won't have the mainstream appeal that yoga has (if you even think yoga has mainstream appeal).
Can you imagine?
"Hey Darlene, I've had a tough week with work and my family. Let's meet up later for some Therapy Yoga"
"Sounds great! I can't wait to be standing upside down and discussing my fears of abandonment."
Nevertheless, both are helpful to me right now.
And I did warn you about dorky posts :)
