Frickin florist!

I wish I knew what that move is called, you know, where you take your fingertips and bring them from where your head & neck meet to out past your chin in one swift motion.

That's what I've got for Shannon my "floral designer"--one swift motion!

All I want to do is pick up my portrait bouquet the day before my portraits so that I'll have a little more wiggle time on Wednesday, portrait day.

But NOOOOO!!!!!!

She thinks her cooler is better than my refrigerator. WTF difference does it make?! Not much to me and that's what should matter

And I had to track her down to put in my order---TWICE!
