My head is spinning!

Had a grown up heart to heart with Ann this afternoon. Kept on my woman panties and then put on my woman britches and shared how I felt about some things. Honestly. On a level I hadn't gone to before with anyone on my Dad's side of the family.

And the world didn't sink in. And I didn't die. And I didn't allow myself to talk myself out of how I was feeling but I was able at the same time to be empathetic to another's viewpoint, without having to be "wrong".

And damn if it didn't feel good! Even if my head is spinning around still almost 2 + hours later.
